Melissa Kale is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an Associate in the Dispute Resolution
department. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and
a post graduate diploma from the Kenya school of Law. She undertook her pupillage in the firm from
January 2020 and thereafter proceeded to become an Advocate in the firm.

Her main areas of practice are Civil and Commercial litigation, Arbitration, Banking law, Insolvency
advisory and litigation, Employment as well as Probate and administration. She is also a Member of
the Women Lawyers in Finance.
