Kimutai Rotich is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Department of the Firm. He holds a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) in Dispute Resolution from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) (Hons) Degree from Kenyatta University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.

He has vast experience in legal practice in both contentious and non-contentious spheres having previously worked at Sisule & Associates Advocates and KN Law LLP. His main areas of practice include but not limited to Commercial/Civil Litigation, commercial arbitration, commercial mediation, contract negotiations, intellectual property and telecommunications law, employment and labour disputes as well as election and constitutional petitions.

Kimutai is a member of Law Society of Kenya and he is also an alumnus of Mandela Rhodes Foundation and James Finlay’s FCT Young African Leadership Programs.
