Cynthia Kandie is an an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya an Associate in the Dispute Resolution department. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a post graduate diploma from the Kenya school of Law.

 She has extensive experience representing clients across various sectors, including local companies, public sector entities, commercial lenders, and NGOs having previously worked at IKM Advocates. Her main areas of practice are civil and commercial litigation, Employment and Labour disputes, Energy and Family Law as well as alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

Kandie is a certified mediator, a member of the Law Society of Kenya and is known for her practical and results-driven approach.
